Columbia River-Hanson Creek Erosion Control

This project was required to stabilize approximately 1,300 feet of riverbank along the Columbia River on the west shore of Priest Rapids Reservoir near the outlet of Hanson Creek. Vertical banks between three and eight feet in height characterize this portion of the shoreline. Rock material was placed on the riverbank slope to mitigate the shoreline erosion in this area.
