Fire Dipping ponds
The pond bottom will be covered with at least 6 inches of finer material in order to protect the liner from sharp edges of rocks. A liner with pad and fully welded seams shall be installed to line the pond. The liner shall be secured by extending the liner over the top of the berm into a 2’ x 3’ trench. The trench shall be backfilled with onsite compacted material.
